Stelios advised against purchasing a high end heat pump with lots of bells and whistles due to its lower reliability and value. It felt like he was counseling me like a friend on making the best replacement decision rather than trying to squeeze me for money. Will definitely favor Neighborhood Specialists for my future HVAC needs.

I had a new a/c compressor installed in the middle of a heat wave (July). They provided me with good advice on what I needed and did not need, steering me away from an more expensive compressor that really would provide no additional value. Competed on time and no problems.

My HVAC system was 20 years old and time for replacing; I reached out to several HVAC companies in Nova and selecting Stelios & Neighborhood Specialists was an EASY decision. Stelios was quick to respond to my inquiry and come out to provide us a quote. His prices were very fair and competitive, but more importantly he didn’t try to sell us on unnecessary upgrades and took the time to thoroughly explain all the pros and cons of different setups. We were happy he partners with Trane, which has a great reputation for reliability and performance. When it came to install day, Stelios and his crew showed a high attention to detail and care - couldn’t be happier and looks 100x better than my old system setup l, including the pad and mount for the outdoor fan. When they were done they left my basement cleaner than they found it and explained some essential maintenance tips. To summarize, if you want to support a small business that treats its customers with respect, honesty, and quality - give Stelios a ring!
