Great locally owned business. When we had issues with a new system recently, they came out to address it immediately. The owner advocated on our behalf with the manufacturer and the system was completely replaced.

In gathering 3 bids for our new HVAC, I asked Neighborhood Specialists for a bid. I was very pleased that Stelios [the owner] was able to come by the next day. He was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. His advice was very helpful. He made no effort to sell up in any way. His bid was excellent, below expectations. He instills a lot of well-grounded confidence. I eventually went with a company I've dealt with twice before in our two previous properties. But there's no doubt in my mind that Neighborhood Specialists would be a super solid choice.
