I have used this firm for several years to prepare my furnace for the winter heating season. I have never had a problem with the furnace not operating when I need heat. The person who works on my furnace is very personable and pleasant.

We have used R.A. Dobson over 40 years - - their technicians are skilled, dependable, and courteous, and they really give their all (as when we lost our heat during one of the ice storms of 1994). Strongly recommend!

RA Dobson certainly puts the CON in contracting. Had them come out in a pinch to service my AC (that was fully replaced back in 2018) due to availability issues with our preferred contractor. After nearly two hours the junior tech they sent informed me that a fan motor needed to be replaced and it would be ~$3500 just for the parts to replace it. Cue my surprise to learn: - Had the tech done a warranty check, the fan motor was absolutely covered by warranty. - AND even if it wasn't, the part in question typically costs $~600 with $200-300 of labor!
