We had Snell replace our two A/C and heating systems last fall. The systems options they recommended were OK, but a bit on the pricey side. We worked with them to get their bid more into the competitive range with our other bids as they were our current service provider. Ultimately we went with them when they got closer and they did an excellent install job and cleaned up well. It was a one day job, but they had a five person team to do the work. Again, technically they were and have been very sound and helpful. My only complaints are that they are heavily into sales mode and their prices are above average. Work was timely and as I expected.

Have been paying monthly for a service contract - they pushed me off from May 6 to June 27 due to lack of staff; then they failed to show and didn't even call. After their last visit in Fall my electric bill more than doubled; electric company said it was an HVAC issue; called in another company -they found the system had lost 3 pounds of refrigerant at $150/pound - the replacement company fixed it and my bills immediately went down to normal.
