I completed the online inquiry from online via company website. I received a response from the company the next day. Due to my D.C. residency, I was assigned to a salesman (Scott H.) that showed no interest in providing me a quote to replace my existing pressure treated pine gate and one panel. Instead Scott wanted me to text him pictures of my gate and panel, which I did immediately. Scott never provided me a quote, scheduled an appointment, returned my phone calls or text messages since April 22,2024. I have no idea why any salesperson would “ghost” a potential customer, especially me. For this reason, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
