Based on their recommendations had them add insulation in a number of spaces in my homes. I let them know I noticed no difference and in fact where they had sprayed insulation in light canisters it was falling out. Their work required extensive dry wall reparirs To their credit they came back out and told me that the first job was not done well due to a disgrunted employee and they redid a lot of the work. When I complained again how I did not notice a difference in the rooms I was told that was because the spaces had a lot of windows and the other was above a garage and they did all they could so I should not have expected much of a change. A complete waste of money and now I have to fix the drywall.

A Comfenergy sales rep came to my home for an estimate on replacing attic insulation. Aaron was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, he took 3 hours looking over my home and making other recommendations for insulation projects. This would have been welcomed if that was what I wanted. An itemized estimate was printed out at the meeting. The cost for the attic was 1.5-2 times higher than other companies. Aaron offered discounts if I signed on. I am very wary of this tactic. It must say was a well prepared hard sell plan with beautiful visuals and brochures. But took way too long and was not competitively priced, even with the discounts offered.
