Flooded my basement with sewage and then would not return any of my calls. They cause tens of thousands of dollars of damage. Horrible customer service and incompetent staff.

This is the first time we used Five Star Septic to empty our septic tank. Their driver went off our driveway and left an 18 foot rut in our lawn. When I called on the day it happened, I was told that I needed to talk to the supervisor, Monte and send him a picture. I sent him pictures and asked him to call me. He never returned my call. I called back two more times and left messages, but no call was returned. I called again and reached him. He said he would send someone out to make the repairs, but no one has come. After another week I called him again and left a message, but he has not returned my call, nor has anyone ever showed up to make the repairs. Three weeks have gone by since my first call, so I brought in some topsoil and repaired it myself. I would never use this company again.
