Not Recommended
Installed my system 10+ years ago and upgraded and serviced it since. But recently their responsiveness and level of service has serioulsy deteriorated. I have stopped using them and would not recommend them to others anymore.

i compared 3 vendors. HydroTech put together the most thoughtful (and largest) proposed irrigation option with the most detailed layout of where they would put components. Much larger and more complex assembly of irrigation sprinklers etc. The technicians they sent also didn't have challenges explaining the proposal in English (we don't understand spanish and it was hard to understand some competitors' proposals due to those technicians not being able to communicate effectively). Only negative issue with Hydro Tech is cost- they are simply more expensive that the other options we looked at. We did remove some of the options to get the cost down a bit but in the end we were willing to pay more for a larger, more refined system for our large property. So premium service but at a premium price.

The technicians are knowledgeable, but are on a tight schedule, so when they detect problems, they don't have time to fix them. Rescheduling is challenging as the technicians services are in high demand.
