I have used them for a year and a half and am very happy. They usually pick up the trash and recycling before noon. Other companies have recycling day and trash day and recycling day is skipped and everything is thrown into the trash. Elite has separate runs for each despite recycling and trash being on the same day. They do little things like turning the container so the homeowner knows whether or not it was picked up. I have asked questions via email several times and they always respond quickly. They even repurposed trash bins from a previous hauler that went under.
