Primary interest is securing the sale and then no follow up. Product was delivered on time and despite assurances that all equipment would be connected to the new tv, the delivery men said they only ensure the tv is working, not hooking up equipment. When store salesperson was called back, he recommended spending another $175 for their service person to visit to connect equipment. Magnolia at Best Buy Dulles ended up giving free advice in person and follow up advice via phone, despite not having sold the equipment. Kudos to Magnolia, thumbs down to the Big Screen Store.
