I have experienced a few management companies over the years, and this company is an order of magnitude worse. From not paying bills on time, to not paying bills at all, bad advice, lack of response to queries, bad accounting, etc., whatever they can do wrong, they do. Despite our pleas for improvement, and promises improvement would occur, it didn't. They have a good sales pitch but are horrendous after that. I would recommend self managing your property before hiring them.

As a unit owner in a condo managed by them, I disliked their management style enough that I sold my condo and moved out rather than continue to deal with them. Many of my other longtime neighbors - including multiple BOD members - also sold and moved out.

Great at selling their services but follow-through is poor. Background checks on some of the senior staff they placed in our condo was either not done or done poorly with costly results. Some of their staff permanently placed in our condo have a great attitude and are well-trained and caring. But sadly others do not share those characteristics.
