I used Kazemi for the first time in 2026 to handle tax returns for myself and my adult daughter. My return was done correctly but after the first meeting, which went well, it was very difficult to reach the accountant again. Voice mails went unanswered to the point where I had to arrange another in-person meeting to get my questions answered. Additional messages were also never returned. As to my daughter's return, it was done incorrectly even though I had submitted all the paperwork to the accountant. The IRS flagged the return and fortunately, we did not need to submit any amended return. Nonetheless, it delayed receiving the correct refund amount by a few months and also was stressful having to submit the response to the IRS that was requested. Given the undue stress and mistake made on one return, and particularly given the lack of responsiveness, I cannot recommend this firm.
