Not Recommended
Danny Neto is riding on his family's reputation but is far inferior. In addition to doing poor quality work that had to be redone, he presented me with a modified version of the contract from what we had agreed to and attempted to pass it off as the original. I strongly suggest not doing business with Neto Construction.

Mr. Neto did a satisfactory job in pouring concrete on two 3'x4' patches at the two ends of my pool deck. He charged me an extremely high amount ($2,500) for such a small job, but I accepted the price because the space needed to be filled for another project. However, his crew inadvertently sliced the pipe of the sprinkler system at both sides. I paid $347 to have the sprinkler system repaired and Mr. Neto refused to pay even half this amount. A greedy and unprofessional business. Not recommended.

All the work was done on time, for the price quoted & looks good. Minor complaint. Neto is not quick to respond to inquiries. He is busy this time of year, so somewhat understandable, but he could be more prompt.
