Our kitchen flooded in June, and the resulting mess was hugely overwhelming. I had never worked with homeowners’ insurance in my life, and I had never dealt with restoring/rebuilding a major part of my house. The Flood Doctor team was awesome and walked me through every step of the process. Big shout out to our project managers, John and Pasha for going above and beyond to help us. I would recommend them to ANYONE who has a water emergency. Total lifesavers!

We had Flood Doctor answer after deep freeze burst pipes flooded us. I could not be happier with the different crews they sent, and the amount of care the owner took to explain each step and to help us through the not-so-fun insurance claim process. They are expensive, and they do use alot of newer state of the art equipment, which may come at a higher cost - but I would never call anyone else because I saw what they had to deal with, and how experienced they were. Our home would have been infested with mold were it not for the rapidity and extreme care with which they removed all the water, dried the place, stripped it of drywall and carpet. They in addition to the industrial machines, they had air cleaners and fan/movers and checked humidity readings daily -even made a few late evening visits to deal with electrical load issues, and wall sealing we wanted reinforced. I really felt the owner went above and beyond in dealing with my many questions and concerns.
