I called Eastern Door Service to assess a malfunctioning garage door opener. I was able to schedule a service call for the following day. The technician assessed the problem and noted that parts for the garage door opener model that I had were no longer available. Technician successfully installed a new garage door opener and carefully explained all of the controls and components. Technician also inspected my existing garage door and noted some issues that did not require immediate attention but advised that I monitor them. Very pleased with overall service that was provided. I would not hesitate to hire Eastern again.

I highly recommend Eastern Door. I telephoned Eastern Door early one morning in December 2025. Clint arrived only hours later. Our system was outdated and suddenly unsafe. Clint installed a new system with many "bells and whistles" we never had. Now, the garage is well lit, the heavy garage door moves easily, and we have a touch pads, etc. Clint spent extra time explaining all the new features.
