Clint arrived promptly on schedule and immediately identified the problem with both my doors, showing me exactly how the worn belts were impeding performance. He asked whether I had been having any other problems with the equipment since purchase some 20 years ago. As I had not, he recommended the lower cost belt replacement rather than the more expensive total replacement of the units. He immediately went to work and was finished within an hour. Professional and courteous throughout, it was a pleasure to work with Clint and I cannot recommend Eastern Door highly enough. Their 100% satisfaction rating — which is no doubt possible because Eastern Door comprises three people, enabling quality control and alignment of interest — is richly deserved.
