The couple of times that I have been to this clinic in the last year or two, apparently since they are under new management, they have not been busy. Unfortunately, as are so many places these days, they are wedded to their check-in procedure. When I last visited a few months ago, there was one patient waiting; two employees at the desk, and I was asked to check in at the nearby terminal. After checking in at the terminal, I then went to the desk where I was asked some of the information that I had just typed into the terminal. Not difficult, but a bit annoying. Once I was fully checked in, it was but a few minutes before I was escorted to an examination room where an employee asked me some of the information again; took vital signs, and asked why I was there. Finally, I was seen by a doctor, or PA, or maybe the plumber. There was no introduction. I had a minor problem, and didn't bother to ask. The attending employee was pleasant, efficient, addressed my problem quickly, and I was on my way. I am covered both by Medicare and private insurance, which covered all costs apparently.
