I have used Appleton Campbell for a few projects including complete replacement of my HVAC system. Their costs are average, and they did provide 3 system options. However, for the quality of work and professionalism of the team they bring tremendous value. They also work on your schedule not theirs.

They push service contracts, and system replacement. Not interested in ducting work/repairs. Technicians were knowledgeable and polite, but they had a sales agenda. My in-laws have had a service agreement for years, but I think they are over priced for what they do.
