We have been pleased with McCrea's bi-annual maintenance of our HVAC system for over 25 years and previously provided a rating on that service. Today was our first time requiring their help on an after-hours basis when we woke up on a Saturday morning to no heat. We called around 8:15 to speak with a helpful individual who took our information and promised a call back which we received within a half hour. We were scheduled that morning. The McCrea technician arrived around 11, diagnosed and explained the problem and explained our options (which required a new part for a permanent fix) and their costs. He also got our system up and running and explained what to do if the problem recurs during the 4-5 days it will take to order and replace the part. Very efficient, knowledgeable and prompt response.
