Used them for a few years and found them satisfactory. And then for a couple years we had more complicated returns. Their couple thousand dollars of tax planning which we totally relied upon only cost us over $10,000 in tax penalty. Did they point this out to us, no. Did they accept any responsibility, no. Their response when we found it, “Most people don’t read that far into their prepared tax documents”. Perfect, lawyers said no chance for recovery. Advise: if your taxes are simple, do them yourself. If your taxes are complicated, find someone else.

I have been going to them for about 20 years and and I will continue to stay with them. Mike has been tremendously helpful answering all of my questions through the years. He takes all the time I need to get questions answered and I have never felt like he has tried to rush. They have completed my tax returns in a timely manner year after year. Extremely happy we found them.
