We have been using Brennan's for nearly 30 years. We have a maintenance contract with them that covers all labor and overtime costs. When our HVAC system died recently, they sent someone the same day to diagnose the problem. We required a new unit as ours was well past its useful life. During that same call, the technician helped us select the replacement unit and within two days they installed it. When we have had other emergency requests, Brennan's has always been very responsive.

Have a Spring/Fall service contract with them and their workmanship and knowledge of my equipment has been excellent.

I signed a maintenance contract and paid the yearly fee. Nobody showed up or called for winter maintenance. When I called to inquire, I was told I had not paid. I gave the check amount and date and explained that it was deposited. I received an acknowledgement and was told that a mistake was made and that I would be serviced. Winter is almost over, no service. I'll find another heating contractor.
