My gas furnace needed replacing. I consulted two HVAC businesses. The first place took weeks before it submitted an estimate to replace the system without ever sending someone. Brenans sent a knowledge salesperson the day after I called. He examined the system and offered advice. THen within a day, he submitted an estimate with several choiced. His bid for the top brand of Carrier was $1,000 less than the other firm. THe work was completed quickly. The sales rep called to make sure everything went well. I am pleased with the new furnace and the care this business took.
