Father and son team. Came out in the freezing cold to help diagnose and fix our broken heat pump. Communication was great - he called the day before and texted on the service day to let me know his status. He explained what he was going to do clearly. He was able to find the leak in our system quickly and took time to show me what caused it. He was able to repair it the same day and charged us a reasonable price. Other HVAC companies wanted to charge almost as much just to diagnose the problem. Overall I'm very happy and plan to continue using their services.
