Leonard Splaine Co installed our entire whole-house air conditioning system. They went to great lengths to insure that our electrical service, vents and air return would fit our installation--this required a few extra visits by Ricky to double check. We appreciated the thoroughness. It turned out the Carrier system we originally decided on was not compatible with our house electrical service, so they upgraded our equipment to Lennox, which did fit, at no additional cost. Jose and Francisco Soriano were the technicians who installed our system. They are consummate professionals, obviously experience and knowledgeable, considerate of our hardwood floors, very polite and respectful of both us and our property. We were very comfortable having them in our home. Instead of merely removing the existing equipment and replacing our existing system, they made several improvements that made our system quieter and more comfortable. Our installation is in a house built in 1937; the air handler is in a hard-to-reach knee wall; but that did not create any problem for them. While they were installing the system, and after it was installed, they went over ever part of it so that we could see what they were doing knew how it operated and how to maintain it. We got three estimated on our system; Leonard Splaine Co. was not the least expensive, but they have an excellent reputation for quality work at reasonable prices. We feel very good about our dealings with them and highly recommend them.

This company employs technicians who are competent and pleasant, provides customer service by real people who answer the phone, communicates well about service appointments including a photo of the guy who will appear at my door--and is locally owned. I am very happy with their service.
