We had water overflow a stopped sink. The water went under the carpet of adjoining rooms. This was the third firm we called, and we are pleased we had them do the work. The people in the Serviclean, Inc. firm (Bianca, Carlos, and Jaime) were courteous and professional, they answered our many questions and put us at ease. They wore shoe covers to avoid soiling the house when they came in to estimate the damage and remediation cost. They do not charge for an estimate, and the overall cost was reasonable. They are a locally owned firm, which means they can tailor the remediation to the need and not force the work to meet some central office requirement. We would use them again, if we had a need to.

Curing a black mold problem in a basement closet meant also moving a significant amount of stored items, which the Serviclean team managed very successfully.

Serviclean is a wonderful honest company that does excellent work for a fair price in a timely manner. We had a very bad mold problem in an investment condo. It was a nightmare but Serviclean made the remediation process completely painless. I had solicited 3 quotes and they were the legitimatele low company so not only great work but fair price. A side story that I think speaks to their honesty. I lost a $20 one day when I was at the condo, a little upsetting but I figured it fell out of my pocket outside and that someone else needed it more than me. Well apparently it fell out inside and one of Servicleans employees found it and left it on the microwave. So not only did they do a wonderful job remediating for a fair price but they're just good honest decent folks, all of them. Thank you Lillian, Blanca, Carlos and rest of your group!
