Scheduling a gas fireplace tuneup and dryer vent cleaning with these guys was problematic. When they finally did the work but did not communicate what they found or the condition of my equipment I was left wondering if they actually did the work. Maybe they are good - I just don't know. Communication and customer service focus could be much better.
