I have two gas fireplaces that needed to be repaired. Wammoth Services was very professional in how they handled my enquiry and set up the appointment. Ryan, the technician, was very competent and knowledgeable about the fireplaces and mechanisms that made them work properly. He had a part on his truck that allowed him to fix one fireplace immediately, rather than having to order a part. With the other fireplace he found a leaky gas pipe. Ryan did a thorough job of cleaning each fireplace. He also showed me how to turn the pilot lights off and on. He patiently explained the process, and guided me through it when I then successfully turned on and off both pilot lights. There was a billing error which was resolved with no difficulty. I highly recommend Wammoth Services.
