Recommended
Used them to go to settlement on my sister's house when she had to enter a nursing home. Took them my power of attorney days before the settlement to review. No problems. No problems on day of settlement. Then the next working day, received last minute notice of a need to complete a specific POA with just three hours until closing. Very very hectic.
