Hector came out and gave us an estimate for 3 zones on 1/3 acre lot (which was good) and because of his great ratings, we decided to go with him. After a week when work was just starting, we cancelled our contract because his worker was manually digging up our lawn and making a total mess of it! There was a zone to be setup next to the flower bed that the sprinkler heads would have gotten clogged easily from mulch. His sprinkler heads only have a max distance of 20 feet, and we needed something with a greater distance. This was not explained before we signed the contract. Also, there was no mention that they would be manually digging and that the sprinkler heads only had a 20 foot range. He was good to work with but he did not give us all the details on how work was to be done.
