Follow-up to my previous review. First, company tried to overcharge me on the invoice. They just wrote $400 and are refusing to provide an explanation by the number of windows they cleaned. They quoted a rate per window. And when I did the math, they are overcharging by almost $100. Second, there is another company called BER Services Inc (https://berpowerwashing.com/). It appears that this BER is using the same name to divert business from what looks like a more established and reputable company.

In 2018, I had good experience of this small company. In 2020, they pushed gutter debris into the downspout, resulting in a flood a week later when we had heavy rain. Needed to have plumber with a long snake come to clear the downspout and exterior drain to the street.

Enthusiastic, eager to please. Reinstalled some screens incorrectly, but were happy to redo the work when the issue was pointed out to them.
