Some of the overall work was fairly well executed. However, some of it was sloppily done and had to be redone at my request.
I paid in a few installments as the work progressed. When the work was almost finished, I made the mistake of paying the remainder of the bill at the request of the owner (stupid - I know). The drain line was never completed where it terminated at the street. The owner told me, via email, on three separate occasions over a several week period that he would come back and finish the work I had already paid him to do. Quite simply, he lied. He never came back. Very disappointing.
