Out long time furnace maintenance folks retired or went out of business suddenly, so we called Glendale when our furnace quit a few weeks ago based on Checkbook rating. They came right out. The technician worked for hours to resolve the issue. Turns out we had a nest of some sort of critter in the outflow — screws were stripped so it a difficult job. Then given that our gas furnace was 22+ yo, we decided to go for a new one. We got a reasonable price and Installation crew was great. Very happy with service. Price was in same ballpark of what our long time, now retired guys (Olympic heating) had quoted the year prior.
