I've used Northern Waters for years but only because I haven't found person/s to winterize and spring activate for a lesser fee. This year was first year that things didn't go too well with activation. After being notified by Alderwood W&W that I might have a leak (and a huge water bill), I called a plumber to investigate. I rated the plumber elsewhere. After all indoor plumbing addressed, it turned out there was a valve stem leak in one of my sprinkler zones. When called out to repair the issue (was still within 30 days of activation) they had tech come out immediately to shut off sprinkler system and scheduled an appointment to fix it just 2 days later. They fixed it and did not charge me for the call(s). Technician took photos and video for me to submit to Alderwood W&W to submit for Leak Adjustment to my bill. It remains to be seen if I'll be approved for adjustment to my water/sewer bill.
