They're reliable and efficient. During my annual service, they give me advice on how best to configure the sprinklers for the current state of my landscaping. They've even done some minor repairs without charging extra. I'm very happy with their service.

I've used their services 4 times, replace and certify a back flow valve, locate and replace 2 control valves and do a winter shutdown. The technicians were a pleasure to deal with especially since the two control valves had been buried 3 feet down. I'm looking forward to having them come back to reactivate the system in March and change some sprinkler heads to get better coverage. This is a case of you get what you pay for. While not cheap, I feel the results I received were excellent and worth every penny.
