I needed a "tune-up" on my laptop computer (what I use all the time). It was slow and I thought the problem was bloatware. Jeff responded quickly, came to my house, and removed programs and whatnot that I didn't need, asking me as he was working what I was using. The computer and is more responsive. Jeff is personable and easy to work with. As a single woman, he felt entirely safe to have in my house.

I've used Jeff for more than five years and he is great. When you need him, he is sensitive to prompt customer service. He has kept our PC's, tablets and smart phones up to date with the latest releases and quickly resolves all software and hardware issues that we've had.
