Paid for air cond. & furnace cleaning, my system only needed furnace cleaning - did not charge low price. Furnace had weak ignitor but still functional. initially wanted to charge $250 to replace, declined, then dropped price to $175, declined, then $125 special price! I bought exact replacement ignitor for $25.00 at Granger and installed myself. Did same thing earlier on replacing air cond. motor capacitor which I fell for at the time charged me $175.00 part which costs $12.00 at Granger. Parts any DYI'r can change themselves.

I've had a heat pump, backup furnace, duct cleaning all by this company. Their service people are consistently pleasant and knowledgeable. Now they've added electrical and plumbing services, so a big one stop business that clearly has good training and quality control. I recommend them highly
