They tried to sell me a new heating pump saying my old unit was history. Later I another vendor came out to give me a quote & was able to repair my old heat pump by replacing condenser that he said was a common problem. Cost $120 service call, & about 10 minutes to fix it. Its been running all summer & winter properly.

Puyallup is a tight knit group of employees that work really well together as a team. They installed a Carrier hybrid gas furnace/ heat pump to replace our 67 year old oil furnace. The two day installation was very smooth and professional. The gas furnace draft inducer was on the loud side, so they replaced it, completely solving that. I would highly recommend Puyallp - they are highly competent and have high integrity from the top down. Pricing was very competitive.
