Flo Hawks put a non-reinforced lid on my septic tank when they pumped it. It broke through 6 months later and my granddaughter almost fell in tank. They came out and told me its common to use this non-reinforced lid. They asked me if I had a riding lawn mower to which I told them yes and they said you can not drive a lawn mower over the lid which is buried a foot down in my lawn. First, they did not tell me this after they installed the lid the first time and secondly why did they not install a reinforced lid if it is going be in the yard where there is going to be aerating, thatching and mowing to maintain the lawn. When the lid failed, rocks and soil fell in tank, plugging up pump which then failed. They refused to cover the cost of the pump or the new reinforced lid and labor. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I do not recommend them, they will not stand behind there work. Terrible company

After the fact of using them I found out that the job they did was severely overpriced and shouldn’t have taken as long as it did
