Home Owners Club does not do the work themselves, they find you folks to bid on what it is you need done. We have only used them once but were very happy and will use them again in the future.

An outstanding contractor referral service that thoroughly vets the contractors it refers and makes sure you are happy with the contractor's service before billing you for the work. I have used it many times over the years, with excellent results. In the rare instance where I wasn't satisfied with the contractor's work initially, the club sent the contractor back out to fix the problem before billing me. It really works! The contractors are not the least expensive in the market, but that's to be expected, because they're doing things legally and professionally. For me, it's always been worth it to pay slightly more in exchange for an ironclad assurance that the work will be competently completed. The club is especially good for small handyman-type projects that big contractors won't accept.
