Mr. Tinsley inspected the chimney carefully and provided a sensible estimate, recommending the best course of action to repair a leaking chimney. He came on time, did an excellent work, and left the worksite clean. He discovered a defect in the flu installation and repaired at no extra charge. Mr. Tinsley is very knowledgeable about his work and readily shares information about best practices. I highly recommend him, and would definitely hire him again if the needs arises.

We called Brian Tinsley to see if he would figure out why our chimney was leaking. After a thorough examination Brian could not find any obvious cause. He suggested as a best guess that the chimney needed resealing. He did the job, and our chimney hasn't leaked since. Figuring out how to proceed when the cause of the problem isn't obvious is a sign of a master craftsman. That's how I would describe Brian Tinsley.
