We recently had Cascade Fence Co. replace our old fence (over 300 linear feet), and couldn't be more pleased with the results! The crews were efficient, professional and respectful of our yard and the neighbors' as well (we abut five other properties). We hired an arborist to meet them on-site the first day, and Cascade hand-dug all of the post holes in order to not damage any critical tree roots. They worked carefully around all of our plants, and kept the job site well picked-up. They worked closely with us to ensure we got exactly the fence we wanted and needed, and we've had many compliments (including from a couple of contractors) on how nice and well-built the new fence is. We're absolutely delighted. We went with their steel saddle brackets, which keeps the wood posts out of the concrete, and if needed, the posts or fence sections can be unbolted easily for later repairs. They also installed doubled-up kick boards in areas where there were elevation difference between our yard and our neighbors'. These were optional add-ons, but Cascade was very easy to work with to make sure we ended up getting exactly what we needed. Their pricing was similar to what other fence companies had quoted us, but after weighing all of the options and factoring in how well each communicated with us during the proposal phase, Cascade came out on top, and we definitely made the right choice. Very highly recommended.

These guys have done several fence jobs for me and I've never had a problem with any of them. Plus, they do great work and fair prices.

Cascade Fence of Snohomish's objective: "Make us happy." Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2023. As scheduled, Cascade Fence removed 120' of old cedar fencing and put in pressure treated 4 x 4s for the replacement cedar fence. They put in 13 black metal posts for the 6' black vinyl fencing. They used a cement mixer for the posts and and poles. Friday, Oct 20. They installed 126' of black chain link fence, 120' of new cedar, replaced two 4 x 4s in another section of cedar fence and installed a 4' section of vinyl fence to match existing. I noticed and taged about 14 places where the black vinyl coating was broken and the wire was exposed. I notified the owner, it was examined, determined to be defective and replaced, TWO days later. The replacement fencing also had some broken vinyl. After installing, the crew replaced several of the defective pickets (individual strands of wire that make up the fence). I asked that the tips of the wires holding the fencing to the poles NOT be pointed away from the fence, as a safety measure, which was done. While reinstalling the chain link, one of the crew noticed one 8' section of the new cedar fence had warped in the warm sunny days, about 1 foot. He reported it to the owner that day. The next day, the wood crew arrived at 11:40 am and completely replaced that sectiion by 12:10 pm. There was no charge for either the chain link or cedar replacement. Summary: With 27 years in business and experienced crews, each days work was completed in a timely manor. The crew was easy to get along with, they did a great job, the fences look nice AND they accomplished their objective (and ours), make us happy! We are very satisfied with the price. N & G
