We rarely need our septic system pumped. Our maintainer said we should think about it and set us up with AWESCO. When I called they gave us a firm date quickly and advised the price, noting a small discount for cash/check. The service contacted us by phone to ask if it was ok if they came early. The driver correctly knew our address, directions, and gate code, all of which we had provided to the office. They arrived promptly, went to work, and were finished in 15 minutes. The team was polite, professional, and efficient. I provided a check and they were gone. Simple, direct, and I would call them again.
