The overall job done was inadequate, and when I asked the technician to spray my grill out to remove fir needles, she actually sprayed me in the face through my window, which she claimed was accidental.

Super nice kids that work there. High powered and good quality car wash tunnel thing. But they didn't do a great job with the pre wash scrub down.
