Had a mold problem in attic. Eastside coordinated with Enviro Pure (mold cleanup team) to remove and reinstall attic insulation. Eastside was easy to work with and very responsive to calls and flexible with their scheduling to minimize the length of the overall project.

This was by-far the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor performing work at my house. No honesty, No integrity, No attention to detail. Hire this company at your own peril...

Had them do the insulation work in our attic and crawl space. At the completion of the attic with blown-in fiberglass insulation, they shorted us by 4 to 5 bags of insulation. Had to get them to add the additional bags. Also, the initial estimate that we got was nearly a twice as much as what we ended up paying because we had other lower estimates and was able to negotiate the price down. Be wary of the initial estimate. I couldn't believe how much wiggle room there was in their pricing. Our neighbor with a much smaller square footage than our place ended up paying nearly 3 times what we paid for insulation with this same company. We didn't hear about it until months afterwards, otherwise we would have told them to negotiate hard. With any contractor, there are a lot of margins in their initial estimate so you need to negotiate in order to trim some of the excessive up charge.
