I called for emergency repair after 6pm and they told me about the customary surcharge. They were willing to come out even tho the tech was coming from across the Bay. We both concluded that by the time he came over, I really didn't need to get into the garage, so it was better to wait for regular business hours the next day and pay the regular rate. They were on time and quick when they came. I appreciated their consultation in my initial call to save me money (and their commute from their perspective) and their putting me top of queue for the next day. They are not the cheapest, but they have been reliable and professional.in all the work they've done for me in the past.
