Sonrise Roofing did my roof several years ago. I was out of the country and when I returned I could see there had been/was a leak into the bedroom. (Why didn't the renters contact the person who was managing for me?) Kevin, owner came and made a fix. It was rainy season, so we could see if the fix took care of the problem. It took four different fixes before the problem was found - a tiny area where a shingle in the "v" where corners met had moved just enough to redirect water under it, thence into an inaccessible side of the attic where it pooled, then dripped into the corner of the bedroom. Kevin never charged me, though he spent a lot of time and must have been frustrated that I kept calling and saying "still leaking." Still, he never complained to me but said, "We installed the roof and it shouldn't leak." This man and his sons who work with him are the best!

Had very poor interactions with the owner when there was an issue that hadn't been spelled out on the contract. He did not work to try to come up with a satisfactory outcome, but rather blamed me for not asking the right questions or bringing up the issue even though I told his staff, who were his children. They assured me the would be taken care of, but he refused to take any responsibility for the issue. It cost me an extra $1500 to have someone else rectify the situation.
