I already had artwork matted and in a frame, I only wanted glass. I was going to put it all together. I had to go in 3 times before I got the correct size. The first gal only measured the outside of the frame, too big. The second one recut it, but it was still too big. The third one took the time to make a cardboard template and then cut the glass. finally it fit. I would only recommend them because they took the time to get it right. They were apologetic and finally did get it right.
