My ratings refer to a routine furnace cleaning and inspection, which I get done every 2 years. I tried to make an appointment in November 2018 but they were fully booked. They put me on their waiting list and eventually called me back in March 2019. The work finally got done in April. Also of note is the fact they they only perform this service on furnaces that they have installed.

This company installed my central heating some years ago and performed maintenance on it. They were the only company I'd relied on for heating.

But when I had an emergency need today (furnace died overnight) and called very early Friday morning (before office was open) telling them it was an emergency and I was a client, they didn't seem to care much. In fact, he said all his calls are "emergency" and I would have to wait through the weekend. Needless to say this offended me and was a thoughtless, rude dismissal of my situation. One would think a decent company would want to keep loyal customers, but not Harry Clark. They're too busy to bother. Yes, their work is adequate but their customer service is rude and uncaring. Don't bother!
