Otto was right on time. First, he told me that it would be easy for me to clean the filters which would save me money. He couldn't' clean the compressor outside because it was raining. We made a new appointment, again, he was right on time. He asked me if I had any problems doing the inside filters. Since I was okay, he went out to clean the compressor. When he finished, he explained the entire process, I signed the work order, got my copy, and he went on his way.

This rating is largely the result of the excellent technician named Otto, who has come to do the lube-oil-filter level of maintenance on the heat pump that AHVACS installed in 2022--he's technically skilled and remarkably interested in helping out--for one example, he volunteered to remove a broken bulb's threaded base in the crawl space light fixture and replace it with a new one I brought him after he phoned me from under the house.

This company truly is staffed by professionals. Their work doesn't come cheap. We had them replace our gas furnace with a heat pump furnace. They did a great job and because we buy our electricity through Peninsula Clean Energy they helped us with getting any and all rebates available to us and a zero percent loan from PG&E to help pay fro the installation. We highly recommend them!
