Not Recommended
Used for consignment, not an estate sales. Probably better than others in their line of business, but they did not adhere to their contract in terms of frequency of payments for sold items. Had to ask repeatedly for payments. Started out well though, and they did take away a lot of items for us. So I have mixed feelings. I'm kind of in between recommending and not recommending them to others. I just wouldn't use them again myself. I did let them know about my experience and disappointment with payments at the end of our dealings, and they didn't respond. There aren't a lot of places in the area who do what they do, and they do come highly recommended. So you can take your chances, just be sure to hold them to the contract. As a realtor friend told me, sometimes you're better off donating an estate to a charity if you can find one, and taking a tax write-off. But that's not so easy either.
