If you want a personal trainer, bring your own. This place has lots of machines and a staff of one at any given time. The price is right though, and you can buy a day, a month, or a year at a time. If you just want to workout and need some equipment, this place is for you. One difference from 24 hr Fitness type places is that it doesn't just cater to people who are young and fit. There are people from high school who lift a ton, and there are 60 year olds ON OXYGEN who are doing what they can. There are folks with ladder stomachs and folks with potbellies. Classes are available (I think) but there aren't a lot of them.

Good value for your money if you plan your own workout. The staff is friendly but mostly just check you in.
