Appleby is the only firm we will permit to clean our area rugs. When it came time to refinish our heritage oak floors and staircase, we decided to give them a-go. They did a great job in explaining the fees and the processes. The crew was professional and the work was performed in the timeframe they gave us. It was an expensive project since we have a staircase that needed refinishing and that work required the workers to get on their hands and knees to do the fine detailing. But it was worth it. Our home looks splendid now.
