But Dan has apparently gotten out of the business (maybe Jonathan his son has taken over), and now they are completely unresponsive. Either their voicemail is full, or I leave messages and they *never* respond. This has gone on for months. Not a single call back.
Time to find another tree professional. It's really too bad.
